Services

Iara provides comprehensive newborn and infant care services from birth, including sleep training and conditioning, schedule management for both day and night routines, bottle preparation and cleaning, meal planning and preparation, and complete feeding support including burping and breastfeeding assistance. Her core services also encompass diaper changes and bathing, swaddling and dressing assistance, and equipment sterilization for bottles and breast pump parts.

Her specialized services extend to caring for reflux and colic babies, twin care and management, behavior and manners guidance, activity planning, developmental milestones monitoring, and formula awareness and support. She also offers nursery setup assistance, handles baby laundry, provides comprehensive parent education and support, and delivers overnight care services when needed.

Qualifications

Lara holds comprehensive certifications including Advanced Newborn Care Training (2022) from Newborn Care Solutions, International Newborn Care Specialist certification (2022) from NBI Care School LLC, Breastfeeding Coach certification (2022) also from NBI Care School LLC, Sleep Training Course completion (2023) from Summer Sleep Secrets, and current Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR certification (2024) from American Red Cross. She is also certified as a Community Habilitation Specialist for in-home respite services through Sinergiany.

$40-60/hour for Monday-Friday 8-10 hour overnight shifts
